Oyvind received a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Colorado at Boulder. Prior to that he earned an engineering degree (Høgskoleingeniør) from Vestfold College, Norway and was a Chief Petty Officer and an engineer with the Norwegian Navy. He is an expert in mechanical and optoelectronic- design, development and manufacturing. |

Boris has a degree of Engineer-Physicist from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (Moscow, Russia) and a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Sciences from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He is an expert in estimation theory, Kalman filters, numerical modeling, and large-scale software development. |
